About My Skin:

Luckily, I’ve never been one to really suffer with my skin. The odd pre-menstrual breakout here and there or maybe some patches of dryness following weather changes, but other than that, I’ve always been pretty happy with the condition of my skin. However, at the start of 2022, I had a number of stressful months and let me tell you, my skin suffered.

Dry, flaky and a super uneven texture were just a few of my skin concerns.

Stress can massively affect the condition of your skin. It causes a chemical response in your skin, which can make it much more sensitive and reactive. It also makes it much harder for any skin concerns to heal. - and of course, when you’re feeling stressed, your mind doesn’t really make you want to focus on your skin care as much as you would normally.

Until…

I Started Taking Vitamin A:

Being a professional skin expert definitely helped me when it came to treating my skin concerns with ease. Throughout the stressful period, I didn’t want to have to be spending lots of time on my skin, so I chose to go with a simple routine that was manageable daily.

A simple cleanse, tone and moisturise was all that I chose to use on my skin in the morning an evening. This literally took me 5 minutes to complete so I found this easy to do. But, this wasn't enough to treat the changes and concerns that I had with my skin. - So I chose supplements.
